The Off-Site Corporate & Community Wellness Program provides medical/physical fitness screening services, immunizations and lifestyle counseling that help maintain or improve personnel health and well being.

Each request for an off-site service varies and may include other ancillary services of the hospital. This outreach wellness program helps personnel in business groups and other organizations in the community understand, prevent and detect disease, or the potential for disease, at an early stage.

On-Site Corporate Health and Wellness Program

The On-Site Corporate Health and Wellness Program is a program that provides medical/physical fitness screening services, immunizations, educational services, and lifestyle counseling as it pertains to personnel health and well-being. Clients typically contact the Corporate Outreach Representative at Saddleback Memorial through the Marketing Department.

Each request for an on-site service varies. Services are provided on-site from the Saddleback Memorial campus and often require other ancillary services of the hospital. Selection of screenings from our corporate health menu can be customized to each company’s needs.
